On 4 October, interactive designers to organize ENSCI first Pecha Kucha (Japanese in the text, "the sound of conversation"). However, because of its internationalization, the presence of a pilot may be required and several serious accidents have occurred there, including three serious collision between two tankers followed by fire, including that of 13 March 1994 which caused the death of 25 sailors. On July 15, 2005, a Panamanian cargo ship carrying scrap metal sank in the waters of the Strait. "
